• Pet Videos: Optional short pet videos uploaded by clients for appointment evaluation.

3. How We Use & Share Information

We use the collected information solely to operate and improve the GroomRoute service—specifically to schedule appointments, calculate optimal driving routes, and display client details to the selected groomer.

No Selling of Data: Client booking details and pet videos are shared only with the specific mobile groomer selected by the client. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing.

We use industry-standard encryption and strict access controls to protect your information. In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by deleting your account in the app settings or contacting us directly.
